Our Working Process

Our process on creating awesome products.
    • 1. Concept

    Vermicelli is prepared using cold extrusion. This is very useful because of its low cost and continuous processing capability has been accepted as one of the most useful technologies during the recent years in the field of food processing.

    • 2. Prepare

    Foxtail millet semolina and refined wheat semolina are blended in the mixing compartment of the vermicelli-making machine and blended with water for 30 minutes and extruded using a round die

    • 3. Drying and Cooling

    The vermicelli is allowed to temper in room temperature for 8 hours and then dry in a cabinet drier for 6 hours.

    • 4. Packing

    Foxtail millet vermicelli can be stored for six months at ambient temperature
