Korramill Foxtail Millet Vermicelli Upma Recipe

Foxtail Millets Vermicelli Recipe is Quick Breakfast which is very delicious
It is a very healthy breakfast and fulfills our Hunger in the morning. Best Breakfast for Diabetic patients.
Ingredients:
1 Sliced Onion, 1 Sprig Curry leaves, 1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric powder,1 Teaspoon Mustard seeds, 1 Teaspoon Cumin seeds, Cooking oil,Salt to Taste, 2 Tablespoon Raw peanuts, 1cup of Foxtail Millet Vermicelli (Serves 4 people)
Process:
1.Place a Pan over medium heat and add oil to it.
2.Sprinkle Mustard seeds and Cumin seeds and allow it to splutter for a few seconds.
3. Add Curry leaves and Peanuts and fry them until they turn light brown.
4. Add Sliced Onion saute them until they turn light brown and add salt and turmeric powder.
5.Add Foxtail millet vermicelli and 1 cup of water, keep it on low flame.
6. If water is absorbed, stir it well and serve hot.
